If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing the issue.
Due to the custom nature of logo-printed products, refunds are not available for changes of mind, incorrect artwork, or order errors caused by the customer.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once printing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Exchanges are available only if the product is defective or incorrectly printed.
