At PrinterReadyNow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality promotional products and printing services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.


Refunds & Returns

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing the issue.

  • Due to the custom nature of logo-printed products, refunds are not available for changes of mind, incorrect artwork, or order errors caused by the customer.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

  • Once printing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only if the product is defective or incorrectly printed.
